The type of induction differs depending on the specialist area and place of work. New service and electrical assembly employees usually spend four weeks in our production facility in Detmold. In many other specialist areas, induction goes hand-in-hand with the team environment, sometimes guided over several months.

Stührenberg has existed on the market for more than 60 years as an expert for technologies in the field of mobility and transport. Therefore, we can be proud of our colleagues, some of whom have been loyal for decades. However, it goes without saying that we have equally young teams. We train our young talents ourselves in four specialist areas, so that in this way alone young people become part of Stührenberg every year.
